Electroejaculation

Psychological condition prevents a male from being able to ejaculate. Such conditions include spinal cord injury, retroperitoneal surgery, and various psychological conditions such as depression. The male is positioned on his side and the doctor inserts an electrical stimulation probe into his rectum. Through electrical stimulation, the pelvic muscles contract and an ejaculation eventually occurs. If there is sperm leftover from the procedure, the patient will be given the option to sign a cryogenic freezing consent, which will allow him to freeze his sperm for future use.
