Think of this as a Pre-Welcome to AMFC! Each person’s fertility journey is unique; however, the first step is always the same – and that’s to contact the fertility center you feel the most comfortable and confident with! If you would like to start your fertility journey with AFMC, you are able to contact us through the Contact Us Page, phone call, or general inquiries email, info@afmc.coml. Our goal is to assist those interested in or in need of fertility testing or treatments, whether you are just beginning your fertility journey or already begun. After you have contacted us, a member of the AFMC Care Team will be contacting you to determine how we are able to begin your journey with AFMC. When you’re ready to begin your fertility journey, you are able to schedule an appointment and begin electronically filling out the necessary medical forms on our software system prior to your appointment. You are able to begin through one of the below methods. Initial Consultation: The Initial Consultation, also referred to as Fertility Testing, is how our team is able to provide you with additional information on where your fertility treatment plan is recommended you begin with. AFMC completed fertility testing for both males and females, with information on what AFMC tests for shown on our Fertility Testing Page. AFMC has provided fertility care to international and domestic patients from afar. If you reside outside of California or are not near our fertility center, we are able to assist you prior to your first, in-person appointment at our AFMC. Fertility Treatment Plan: If you already know which fertility treatment you would like to move forward with, you are able to do so! The Initial Consultation is included in all of our fertility treatment plans; therefore, our AFMC Care Team would be able to fully determine whether or not this is the best start to your journey with AFMC. Our fertility center personalizes a fertility treatment plan according to your overall health, as well as your fertility goals and obstacles.
