Dr. Rafif Z. Moussa

Medical Director

Dr. Rafif Z. Moussa is a distinguished obstetrics and gynecology specialist specializing in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). Trained under the mentorship of Dr. Howard Jones, a pioneer of IVF in the United States, she earned her degree from the Jones Institute for Reproductive Medicine, where the first IVF baby in the country was born. Dr. Moussa excels in a range of advanced reproductive techniques, including IVF, IUI, ICSI, and PGD.

As an American Board Certified physician, Dr. Moussa is deeply committed to patient care, research, and education. Her research interests include the impact of fibroids on IVF outcomes and optimizing ovarian stimulation protocols. Additionally, she serves as an assistant professor for Reproductive Clinical Science Programs at Eastern Virginia Medical School, ensuring that the next generation of physicians is equipped with clinical proficiency and empathy.
